Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Canadian postal code to start the process.
Pack Your Oven
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all components included; secure the box carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
